PANIGACCIO

David's family took us to Panigaccio for a night out, it's called poor man's food in Italy because it's just
made out of flour and water. But it's so Yum we also had BBQ ribs the oweners invited us into the kitchen to
watch them make them.

We have been busy doing Distance education with the kids and enjoying painting and fixing things us.
SChool is going really well for the kids and they have made lot's of friends, they actually get out of bed to go
so it must be good.
We have been walking and David has been busy growing a beard. Everyone hates it except me, David decided
he would for go Beer (yes thats right beer) and no shaving for the month of January but he has kept going. It has
been 2 months now no BEER. Don't worry we have Vino.

The weather is getting nicer and we have had many sunny days.

I have attached a photo of the critter that bit David on the foot, he had a swollen foot for a week, he has
also had a rash from a bush that he cut for his Aunty

and the list just goes on.

The rest of us are well we have all had the Italian Stomach flu that was not pretty at all, but all over it now.
