Mmmmmm... Doughnuts
TD smokes some kinda weird green leaf while Seany eyes off those doughnuts. Good luck stealing them once TD's got the munchies! Hello all and welcome to my first blog.
Well, yesterday's tour launch went off with a bang! Thank you to all who were able to pop in and say farewell. I had a belter. Highlights included Loge's ringworm-like chest after a closely fought and at times spiteful encounter of Stingers late in the day, and Ian and Jules's fantastic work on the barby, getting things organised etc. Always a great spread.
While I think about it, if anyone's got any photos from the day let me know and i'll post a few.
For those interested in finding out what happened after the sun went down, Logo, Big Steve, Rossco and myself jetted off to the Depot-My-God and met up with Paddy McKenna. We played a few games of pool and bought drinks for a couple of blokes who'd been cut off at the bar - always looking after my fellow booze-hounds. From there, Rossco, Loges, Steve and myself dug deep and showed the stamina of Lisa Ondieke by heading to the Star Bar. Not much to report from there.
The night ended like any other really. I woke up after a comatosed slumber at about 7am, sprawled

JJ and YT brace like Happy Gilmore in the batting cage while Rossco stands dangerously in the firing line, risking it all for another beer. on the couch with Rossco's head (also asleep, I knew he wasn't dead coz the drool was warm) in my lap. There was a weak pulse running through my veins to the rhythm of Born In The USA that was cranking off the Springsteen DVD we had playing. Rossco told me that he'll always "keep movin' through the dark, with you in my heart, my Blood Brother" then rolled off down the hill to number 80.
In summary, a good night had by all.
Stay tuned for my first post from Bundalaguah - Australia's Gateway.

good luck wishes from the uk
Glad the day and night went well - a trademark simpson/corstorphin finish to the evening, nice work! Enjoy your trip, i'm looking forward to the updates. My only advice would be to take a leaf from steven bradbry's book and just sit back a few paces while on tour and stay out of trouble. You dont know who might fall over just in time for you to cash in! Cheers Duckman
