I take the day easy staying in the hotel while Philip goes off cycling Table mountain its mostly down it he tells me but there are some up hill bits, he comes back bruised and sweaty after the bloke in fronts gears snapped and he crashed into him causing him to go flying The way he tells it , It was a near death experience I m guessing he is being a drama queen again.

He then clears off again to go and watch some African music concert at The V & A waterfront. He has promised to take me to Robben island tommorow which is a place where they locked people up for not agreeing with the nasty government at time who tried to make people live apart if they were different colours! The most famous being Nelson Mandela who came out to be presdent of his country and meet the spice girls( They were apartnly big when Philip was merely middled aged)
