This has to be quick...short on battery life. We climbed at Cabrillo Peak. I had two tries at a 5.8 climb (harder than the one I freaked out on). On my second try, I made it! Adam ran laps, climbing as many routes off two different topropes as possible.
Then we went back to Morro Bay, so I could walk around the harbour. SO glad that we did!! I saw Rachel Ray!! MY fav Food Network star. She's like my idol. I was to embarrased to stop her and get a picture. I'm an idiot. I wish now that I had.
From there we drove to what we meant to be San Simeon State Park. We took a wrong turn, and ended up in Cambria. It was dark, and we just parked on a pull off to the side of the road. We woke up to A wonderful view of Moonstone Beach. We walked the beach and the boardwalk, soaking up our surroundings. I loved every minute. We saw about 20 female and juvenile elephant seals hanging out on the rocks. I guess they were molting. Theres a schedule on what they do...but battery won't let me ramble. SO! We

me and my lizard friend that I named Eli. met two really cool people, Rachel and Shawn that worked at the motel we parked across from. Shawn had a husky that looked like Kalib. Her name was Luna, and she was an adorable little girl. She had two pie eyes. Rachel and Shawn were very helpful. Giving us advice on where to go and what to see.
With their advice, we decided to go with our original plan and take Highway 1 up the coast. First stopping at William R. Hearst State Beach and hiking along the beautiful cliffs. We may be out of internet range for a few days while we travel "the 1." I can't wait, its been HIGHLY recommended. Should be amazingly beautiful! We'll add more details when we're plugged in!!!

How did I miss that Datsun before!!! I want it- it looks like a mid 70's 510, and that means COOL, man. Not like my '80 Datsun 510. You can also work them out into cross country rally cars (think Baja 500)
