Insurance...

So today was fun- spent money at ULTA for all my favorite products to take with me to Ireland :D I had a $25 gift card and I went a bit over that limit...but I'm good now! Had an awesome lunch at a new restraunt and I can't remember the name!!! Argh! It was delicious 😊 that is one thing about leaving I hate very much- all the awesome Texas food I'm leaving behind!!! 😞 But I imagine I'll find amazing food in Ireland and I figure that I should enjoy it as much as I can since I only have 4 months of food tasting and who knows when I'd be back! But still, it doesn't hurt to stock up on Tex-mex and local joints in Austin while I can!

Aside from a good afternoon I got to look at something that one never escapes until they die...insurance policies...good grief, I am going to Ireland to enjoy a new experience and I have to look at trans-continental insurance policies?!?!? Not only that the premium I need/want I have to send info to my adviser at UTA who then gets the membership card for me through ISIC (the insurance I'll be using) and then send it back to me!? I hope I have time! I emailed him and told him I had misunderstood because I thought my insurance was already covered by AIFS- not so. Argh. Just figured it out tonight. Oh well, I think I'll have time still- so I'll be fine. Still- what a hassle! I was hoping for no last-minute rushes, but no such luck. Bah...

tomorrow I get to do a wardrobe check with mi madre- this sounds much more pleasurable than going over insurance policies...

Although after I figured it out I then went to look up for some more info on my residency at UL and found some pictures! But I don't want to ruin the surprises my camera will capture, so here's a little bit of what it looks like I'll be living in 😊
