Edit Blog Post

Hola! I dont have much time to write because unfortunately internet is very expensive here (one satellite connection for the town) and there is no plug in to be able to post pictures, but we wanted to send out a quick update. We will be leaving here tonight at 11:30 PM to head up to Bariloche via a 33 hour bus trip, (yikes!)... Bariloche is sky resort town on a lake and is much bigger than the 600 population El Chalten where we are now, so I will be able to write a longer blog there and post some pictures... and they are good too! 😊 But, we spent 4 days backpacking in the national park here by the rugged and massive Fitz Roy Mountain and luckily had some really good weather for the first few days and saw some absolutely amazing sunrises, sunsets, stars and snowy mountains! Had some good trekking and backpacking too! It is cloudy, windy and stormy now, so I guess its time for us to move north a little. I will try to post again in a few days or so.

OK, got a couple pics up, I promise lots more later!

Just keep swimming
Looks like a great little lake for a polar swim. Can't be much colder than falling into a drainage pond during sledding ;)
