Tellytubby land or what?Tellytubby land or what?Tellytubby land or what?

The rolling tea plantations
The journey to the Cameron Highlands was very understated in our lonely planet guide, it was breathtaking ! Had a couple of days in a cooler climate but also less mozzies so thats better.

This is a tea producing region and as the pictures show it looks like telly tubby land. Amazing scenery and we drove to the highest mountain in the area to get a fantastic view. We had a guide who took us into the Mossy forest, which was very mossy. Within a short walk (About 100 yards !) he showed us about 10 useful plants and trees for healing, curing and surviving ! So many smells that you would recognise for products back in the UK are straight from the trees out here !

Off to the big smoke (Kuala Lumpur) for some night life and probably more cake.
