Before you ask. Yes another temple. The Indonesian people are very religious as you can gather. This was my favorite by far though. When leaving the car we were told to put any caps or glasses in our bags or pockets. Make sure nothing isn't secure to your body as around the place their are lots of monkeys. These ones however steal your stuff and you have to give them some food if you stand any chance of getting it back.
Clever little buggers they are. Saw it happen to a couple who were sitting down. Don't think he got his glasses back though. The area was next to the coast and I called it the Great Wall as to me thats what it looked like. Jessica sat about for a bit, while I jumped about taking photos. We walked a bit across the wall, but turned back when we came across a gang of mean looking monkeys. The were a bit bigger than the rest we had seen and since we had no food, we about turned and headed back.
On our way out I saw many tour groups enter. All the guides had big walking sticks in their hand. Presumably to use of the monkeys if the cause to much bother.
The biggest laugh of the day was when this chinese guy in one of the groups shouted something out and everyone nearby, us included, looked around to see two monkeys doing what all animals do. Everyone laughed and then they all started pointing to him and slagged him for noticing it. Didnt know a chinese person could have a red face.
