Only time Thomas didnt walk
Well its a early rise and shine this morning, 5am to be precise by 6am we were all packed up and raring to go. We arrived at Stonetwaite near Keswick around 9am. Mase put up the tent while Leanne supervised ;-). During this time Thomas took in the scenary including local sheep and lambs. After we had setup the tent Mase decided to cook the first feast of the day-hotdogs. We enjoyed our meal and decided to discover what Stonethwaite countryside had to offer, we decided Tomas was old enougth to walk rahter than be strapped into his buggy. So we head off into the wilderness, after a rocky path we reached a small waterfall, on our journey we met up with lots of walkers and many dogs, Thomas said hello to everything that moved. We then set off as we were begining to feel peckish. On our back me met some very brave teenagers who decided to swim in the pools near the waterfall on even had a shower and washed his hair.
Once back at the tent Thomas needed a nap and was soon asleep, we took this opportunity to enjoy cider and lager kept cold by the stream.

Thomas spots a sheep
Mase lit the BBQ for the 2nd feast of the day. Lamb kebabs, sausages and burgers & Leannes potato salad. As we tucked in Thomas woke up and soon joined the feast. After the food we visited the local sheep and lambs in the nearby field. Thomas was suprised when the sheep and lambs ran away from him but that didnt stop him chasing them !! His fasanation with sheep stems from watching Babe the sheep pig round his nana's. A large group of children were playing nearby so Thomas joined in, he luved playing duck, duck, goose.
Back at the tent Mase lit a roaring fire while Leanne and Thomas fell asleep wathing the flames flicker in the cool night breeze.
Next day up at 5am as Leanne forgot to unset her alarm (fuming), Mase cooked breakfast, we all tucked in before packing up and heading back home.

PS Some lads caught an eel in a tescos carrier bag !!
