hello everyone so we recovered from the jungle and returned to quito for a few days to do some much needed spanish classes.
We had a few chilled days in Quito, visiting the various markets and sights in and around the city.
Then we headed south to banos, a little town with hot baths and waterfalls set in the mountains. we also attempted a cycle ride, but took a wrong path and were left stranded upon a mountain top. not quite the pleasant relaxed day we had hoped for! saying that views were amazing.
We left Quito pretty happy to be leaving at last but a little sad to leave our temprorary home " The Secret Garden".
In Bogota at the moment, after a very eventful first few days in columbia. we arrived in cali after a fucker of a journey and proceeded to have my (jess) bag stolen with my passport etc. in. Although it was a bad start, it showed us what amazing people columbians are as we were saved by numerous acts of kindness! THANK YOU COLUMBIA! (we bought the hat!).
p.s. heres some photos, none of columbia as yet. on there way. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
