In klaipeda we were received in tha hostel by Alyna. we had to take of our shoes ( felt nice...saudade) and i obeyed with a happy smile on my face. i notived imediately a portuguese flag a portuguese flag in the kitchen!

at the hostel we met a great couple, Joses&yekaterina, who acompanied us in the next day.
A beautifull day. had a meal of milk, cepelinaz ( a rugby shaped potato with meat...), and mushroom soup grebiene server inside dark bread.
We went to see the kuronian spit, a natural reserve ( it is that great "tongue" of sand that you see in the map ( i put a map next to this text) , wich conects to the russian area of klaipeda) . haPPY.
back home, happy and full of sea air, we had some lithuanian garlic cheese and other stuff, a delicious meal together. we were leaving shortly after that meal... again sad departure ( to me at least) April is dying to get back to australia, where the sun, hot australian summer and family is. she has been away for almost a year now...

anyway, we are back on the road...
