We would like to take a quick day trip to Czech Republic and on the map it looked like Briza was the closest entry point. If you will be in Nurnberg just take direct train to Prague. This train stops in pitoresque town Domazlice or in "beer city" Pilsen (Plzen). Maybe you will find some trains to Cheb - there you can take train to some nice spas like Frantiskovy Lazne, Marianske Lazne etc...
