Traveling with Kids in Chaing Mai

anyone have any suggestions about trekking in Chiang Mai with kids(13 & 14) and do we need vaccinations??

We're traveling to Thailand in late march /april and want to take the train to Chaing Mai this time (we missed it before) And Im not sure how long /hard the treks are??I know there are quite a few of them.I want to take them to some of the hill tribes for a one or two night stay,and do we need any vaccinations? we have not got them before(not sure if we should of ?) in the past but we did not go up to the north.We'll be flying to Phuket after a few days any suggestions are very appreciated- Reply to this

vaccinations is a must! for you and your kids.
Asia is not exactly known for its lack of disease.

Thanks for the info- My kid's and I have had all the regular shots groing up like mmr. ect ...do we need any thing special like typhoid? or other?
