I will go to Argentina for 3 months and now I have the choice between Cordoba or Buenos Aires.
I will do there a language course and a working experience and i think both cities have advantages and disadvantages:
BA:
+ Global city
+ much culture etc
+ La Boca, Boca Juniors
- maybe to big
Cordoba
+ the support of the organisation is better
+ it is cheaper
+ the size of the city makes it easier to grasp and maybe it is easier to find friends
- it is no cosmopolitan city like Buenos Aires
What do you think about these cities?
Maybe you can halp me and give me some information.

Reply to this Hello Loesti. I'm from Buenos Aires. I think that BA is a better option than Cordoba to learn a language and to gain some working experience. Being a big city may be a bit scary, but it is friendly too and prepared to receive visitors. People in BA is more open minded that people in other provinces. However, I would recommend you to take a week to visit both cities before choosing.

Reply to this Having been to both cities recently I would definitely choose BA. I don´t think that BA is more expensive than Cordoba - in fact we had some of our cheapest meals in Argentina there!
