Travel with our 2 y o son in nepal

Have somebody be in nepal with a young child 2 years old

We planning to visit Nepal me my wife and our son y o in dec. for 1 mounth.We have been again there before some years but never with a child.Did anyone knows a good place to stay in kathmandu and pokhara?
How is the best way to travel kathmandu-Pokhara with a child?{not by air}
Can i find fresh milk daily in this places?It is very importand for our little traveller
If somebody have any experience like that please give us some tips
