My last trip was in the winter so relaxing on the beach was never an issue for me. | But my main question is how do you keep valuables safe at the beach when you want to go in the water for a dip and have to leave your things behind? In a way I can answer my own question - don\'t bring your valuables along...but I\'m throwing out this question to those travelers who have gone to the beach solo. I\'ve heard that some areas are more popular for beach thieves. I\'ll be in Nice and neighboring cities as well as in Barcelona and some other small towns along the coast. Thanks!
