So i am planning to go and visit my boyfriend who lives in England, I live in the USA. I'm not exactly sure how to plan for this?? or like what exactly to look up when looking for flight plans to go over there. I know there's not going to be one set flight from where i live to there, but i dont know if whenever i look up flight plans it includes all the connecting flights on it?? I'm just really lost, it's not for over a year before i go, but i need to start saving up, so i need to know about how much i should save up, that's the main thing I'm looking at tbh. So please help??

Hi royal,

Welcome to TravelBlog!

Skyscanner is a flight search engine that was recommended to me when I was travelling to the UK. If you enter your start airport in the US and the end airport closest to your boyfriend, the results will include the connecting flights. For the options that require a flight change it will be indicated somewhere in the search results.

If you're staying with your boyfriend you'll need less savings, but it also depends on how long you'll be there in total and how much travelling around and sightseeing you're planning on doing.

Your boyfriend would be a good source of info - unless it is a surprise visit :-) Reply to this
