Best Items for a Travel Kit?

Hi! I run a not-for-profit that is working on a fundraising plan. Since we work overseas, and many of us are doctors, we wanted to put together the "best travel kit ever". What are your travel essentials that you would want to see in this kit? Think outside the box - not just toiletries. Do you have any ideas of how we might source some of these cheaply - we want to sell it at a reasonable price. Being doctors, things we can offer include ways to look up medical safety and health advice, med-specific items, and country-specific recommendations. What else do you think would be of value?
