This is a very special album. The music is mesmerising and Lisa's voice incredible. These are my two favourite tracks:

I thought the voice sounded familiar - Gladiator :)

Beautiful tracks, this forum is definitely expanding my musical horizons... Reply to this

Well spotted Ali! Sacrifice was actually used on another Russell Crowe movie, The Insider.

Good choice Shane

I actually mistaken Lisa Gerrard for ENYA with the Gladiator theme song "Now We are Free", having similar voice/style !

Love EPIC movies with beautiful soundtracks . This is one of my favourite

Wow, a camel blanket in Mali - does travel get much better than this?!

Now, so you know where I first heard this music, see this award winning advertisement from Italy.

Advertisements usually annoy and/or insult me, but this is a quality piece of work. Reply to this

Amazing "high-tech Didgeridoo " performance by eMDee at the Mindil Beach Sunset Market in Darwin (NT).

I regretted not getting their album 'cos I spent my money on aboriginal arts and crafts and ran out of cash. Though I managed to video tape their performance !

Cheers !
