The 12 Hour Ferry from Yichang to Chongqing

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with information about the 12 hour passenger ferry from Yichang to Chongqing. I want to travel on the 4th August 2012 and I need to know how to get to the Ferry and what time it leaves?
I have been searching for months and from the information I have it appears I may have to catch a bus from Yichang to Maoping in order to catch this Ferry but I have no idea where to catch the bus in Yichang, what number bus or what time.
I would be very grateful for any help as I can't book onward travel until I sort this out.
