Seafood is most popular in hongkong. Specially Crab dishes are best choices in autumn. Where you can try Crispy fried chicken and Seafood birdsnest.

Definitely find a dim sum restaurant. After 5 months on the road it was still one of the best meals we have had! Just a heads up, you may need to just walk into a restaurant and ask if they have an english menu, many don't advertise anything in english. Reply to this
