Reply to this Yes, there is. I think the best thing is to go to the Barcelona City Museum to get all the information you need. It is in the old city (Barrio Gotico).
Reply to this Hey, I think there is a jewish quarter and even some tours that some companies gives.
When I looked at google I founded this page, check it out and if you´ll make a tour with them, I will be happy to hear how was it.
