Hey everyone, i just joined up ...
Just looking for some info from anyone thats been to Cuba, considering 15 nights in July, if anyone could give me a rundown thats been there that would be great ;-)

also there is a lonely planet book on cuba
in short:
if its beach your after then varadero is the nicest (but there are plenty of nice ones in other areas too)
if its culture your after, then you must stay in casa particulares (cuban bed & breakfast) and meet the cuban families
havana, trinidad, viñales, santa clara, santiago are some of the main cultural destinations
bus options are limited i will tell you
for 15 days your nearly better off bringing a wad of cash than depending on credit card IMHO because banks are scarce, but cuba is relativley safe
