Rent a Car in Israel

Looking for a good car rental company in Israel.

Im going to Israel this coming October. I’m just wondering if anybody can recommend me a good car rental company. I saw this ad while browsing - http://www.avis.co.il/avis/site/local/avis/english/IsraelRentals.jsp . Is this a good deal?

The one you mention is Avis - part of the international company - so what could go wrong...
You can find branches of all the known worldwide car rental companies around the world. They would definitely give you good service, buy might be slightly more expensive than local ones.
Some local names are Eldan; Cal Auto; Auto-shay; Pery; Avital - I do not know their quality, but I am sure they all could be found on the internet for deals.
In general, doing business in Israel is safe and service level is high. Reply to this
