My brother is missing in brazil. his name is Joseph nahas. He is 30 years old. He was in Rio on the 9th and was leaving to go to Peru.

My brothers name is Joseph Nahas. He is 30 yo. We have not heard from him since the 3rd of Jan. The last we heard he was traveling about to leave for Peru. He was Rio when we last heard from him.
I don't know how to contact him or how you can help. We were receiving the emails and his girlfriend was receiving calls every 3-4 days. The 9th was the last day she was contacted. No one else has heard from him. I am trying to gather information but its very hard because of the privacy laws. Please help.
