Where did you end up going? I see you didn't get much response but I'm interested in what you found. I'm going to Auroville in Pondicherry next month for my retreat.

hey guys,
i've just come back from a place called the farm in the philippines, was thinking of going to the sanctuary in thailand but think you have to do the colonic in your room which i wasn't too keen on.
anyways, the farm is totally stunning. huge grounds, the restaurant has won some spa award for its food (tho if you do the full detox you won't be eating much of it). i did detox for a week and felt totally blissed out after..... i did pretty much ruin all my good work as soon as i got back home but oh well.
read about it on this feature on spas in asia, to be honest the farm was the cheaper option out of all of these:
