Travel buddy wanted to accompany first time traveller

Hiya Guys....
Im 22, female and a first time traveller. I would ideally love to go to Australia first, however i would like to go to Thailand, Fiji etc. I have already replied to some people however thought i could start my own post!
I currently work full time and my job is a little too stressful for a 22 year old (dont want grey hairs too early) and considering i have no ties i figure i should make the most of it whilst im able!
Im outgoing, friendly, sociable and honest and like to get on with everyone.
Im definately a people person and like to meet different people every day. I welcome new things and enjoy learning about others etc.
I would love someone to travel with as the company would ideally make me feel safer and a little more comfortable. However i would like to meet anyone prior to the trip of which should really go without saying!

Hey hey! I'm also 22 and FINALLY planning my great trip also! You sound like you want to hit the same sort of areas as me as well as wanting a bit of a back up - like we don't have to stick together but it would just be nice to maybe start off or meet up at various points? Wow - we are all in the same boat!! I am 21 and need to get away. I would love to travel but never had the guts to do it on my own..... So was looking at just hanging out in Sydney for a while and seeing what happens from there. I have been saving for this so am set to go pretty soon!
I have been looking at house shares in Sydney which looks quite cheap, easy and fun! Where are you all from? x Reply to this

:D I'm from the UK, how about you? I've heard good things about Sydney - quite fancied flying into say perth and travelling across to sydney but just can't decide when to start doing it! Still need time to plan and save but guessing about march/april? x Reply to this

The UK too - i live in Kent but work in London! Have you been travelling before.... I am looking to go around Feb time but v flex! I wanted to go ASAP so that nothing comes up lol. Sounds silly but my options where get a new job or travel, so i opted for travelling so need to leave my job asap lol.

How long is the commute?! No i've not been travelled properly for months before - maximum of 3-4 weeks in america but it was a holiday really. I take it you really don't like the job then :) fair enough - i think travelling is good call!
