i am filipino, but raised in america. i don't speak tagalog or anything, so i'm wondering what boy bawang is. the most i know of the language is food, like chicken adobo, lupia, pancit, halo halo, shopao, the good stuff.
i think it's good that you lost that weight. i've been trying to lose about 15 lbs for the longest time. maybe i'll try what you did. it's hard to eat any other type of rice that isn't whit. i love it.

Reply to this has anyone here tried the GM diet? i heard about it but i don't know if its safe...
idk much about it. i just know the first two days you cant eat bananas, then the third day you can eat a bunch of them. i'm not sure if fad diets are the best to do. i think your diet looks pretty safe. i'm just scared that if i did it i'll gain it all back soon after 😞
