Actually I think we spent $8 dollars for a twin bed room with private bathroom when we were In Phnom Penh. I can let you know, I will be ariiving there this Sunday, you could probably do some bargainning if that is your thing. They will try to take you to a hotel where they may get a commission. Have one in mind if you can and make sure the driver knows how to get there. Good luck. To get into to town. Alot depends on which part of town you are going to. The River front is closer than the lake, which of course will be more than the river.
