On the road this Christmas and thinking there'll be no-one to celebrate with? Had enough of those boring office Christmas parties?

Or just hanging out around home this year, and wanting to meet some fun people with great stories to tell?

Then come along to one of this year's TravelBlog Christmas get-togethers!!

We're looking for people to organise low key, casual meetups in the area they will be in around Christmas time - whether you'll be on the road, or staying at home.

Nothing fancy, no decorating required - just find a suitable location, and arrange a date and time.

I'll offer Brisbane again, but it is not one of the key destinations to be during the festive season.

Anytime between the evening of December 25th until the 29th would be my suggestion. However, the rest of that week is also good as I won't be going anywhere - saving my annual leave for next year's overseas trip!

Dublin, Ireland - 11th, 12th 13th December - Anyone there who feels like meeting for coffee.....

Munich, Germany - All December except 10th to 14th. I live on the main trainline running from the airport to the centre of Munich. Anyone flying into or out of Munich and feels like stopping here for a coffee on the way between airport and city centre....

Now that you have told us how spectacular the Christmas lights are there, I will be seriously considering it, if I am ever in Australia at Christmastime.

To see the Christmas lights, you need to get here a bit earlier - they officially run between December 1-24.

Around Christmas Day is busy for me. But how about New Year's Eve in Boracay, Philippines? I'd be with family in Boracay from Dec 30 through January 3. We can grab a drink and watch the fireworks there!

About London: I am going to be incredibly busy at Christmas, so can't promise that I will be able to come to the London for the TravelBlog gathering. I'll post something here as soon as I know one way or another whether I'll have an evening free. I really hope I can make it!
