Looking for fellow ex-pats in Oruro...

Anyone else here in Oruro from out of town anytime until July just send me a note. I'm a university student doing an exchange here in Oruro, and looking for anyone who can speak English or French. I'd love to do some excursions, but being here alone makes it a little boring!
