Cheap flights during carnival
Where to find cheap flights/busses

I'm in Uberlandia, MG, on an exchange, and me and a buddy of mine are trying to work out a trip to the first week of (early) carnival in Salvador, and then head to rio for the 'real' week of carnival (we heard it usually starts a week earlier in salvador).
Problem is price, we know we need to book quickly, but we have no idea where to look for cheap flights. We've heard of tickets going for only 50 reais during carnival time but it seems too good to be true..
anyway, where should we look? GOL and TAM sites have ridiculously high prices compared to the ones some people have found me, like 900R$ one way during carnival. Reply to this
