Any good local itinerary guides and trekking maps out there?
The new Lonely Planet for Borneo is good, but of course there's no trekking maps and their desriptions for remote places aren't great, so what else is out there???

I've only found one good itinerary guide with a good trekking map for the Kelabit Highlands in Sarawak and into kalimantan,
But is that it for Malaysia? Is there any more detailed trekking/rural travel information out there for independant travellers who don't want to go on tours??
