Ok then.........will repeat myself here . Prakash. My fav among his blogs is Xian, China: Of warriors in mud where he writes in crisp narratives, very personal and warm, yet with just enough information to interest the readers.

i think Prakash is from India. But his job takes him everywhere.......he writes very well, and I've been following his blogs. Good photos too. In another thread by Ali (Looking for a New Blogger) P.A. Leslie liked him too.

There is a good chance that you will be next weeks Unknown Blogger of the Week. Then I will hit recommend and hopefully others will too when we make a thread to promote you. 3 recommends will likely get your furture blogs on the Front Page. They are certainly deserving of it.

Those who nominated you hopefully will all recommend you too, when you are the blogger of the week and if you are lucky some more members will too. 😊

Make sure your blog is minimum 600 words long. 600 words used to be the minimum for Front Page blogs. I think it has been changed to 300 or 400, but not sure exactly how many, so better safe than sorry......

Front Page blogs also have to have photos, but I am sure already that yours will. 😊 Reply to this

Hey, Mell, I was wondering about that. Was there any reason why the minimum for Front Page blogs is now set at 300 or 400 , rather than 600 words? I always felt "deprived" when reading some good blogs that end abruptly! 😉

Prakash, promise us that yours come up with more than 600 words. I don't like it too long too, but 300 words is just too short! Reply to this
