I agree with this quote from the news blog linked to in Msg 1. I can certainly relate to a mothers desire to do the best for her baby, whether that is making sure the child knows its father or whatever else she thinks is important. I dont see the funny side of the video at all. It even seems to discourage fathers from taking responsibility for their children. I can also see that it may be stressful for fathers when an accidental pregnancy occurrs, but I dont think the video addresses this in a constructive way. I dont know what the Danish government were thinking with this. OK, so the video has attracted viewers, but is it really so important to attract as many viewers as possible no matter what the cost? It is in extreme distaste and I cannot believe the government thought this would be a good marketing campaign. What are they marketing exactly? If it was a genuine video surely it is only saying "hey come to Denmark, knock up one of the locals and hey don't worry, the only way she will try to find you is by posting a video online, no one will know it was you!"
