blgerber blgerber Post Count: 12 Msg: #1 67 days ago, September 14th 2009 | I am looking for help finding a nice place to go and stay for 6 nights. Flying into San Jose with my girlfriend. We want a nice place that is not touristy, quiet, with great beaches and jungle hiking. Up to $200/night for room. Looking for a really romantic place not near a big resort. | joalex joalex Post Count: 3 Msg: #2 64 days ago, September 18th 2009 | Cahuita, Costa Rica has both beach, jungle and wildlife, and is one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Central America. There is also a wildlife reserve close by. Got some pictures from there on my blog. Enjoy :) | costaricaxp Andres Alfaro Post Count: 1 Msg: #3 64 days ago, September 18th 2009 | Do you want to stay all 6 days in one location? I could give you more info on how to visit mountains, see amazing birds and go to the best beaches (down south, very undiscovered yet it has all commodities) | <snip> [Edited: 03:48 - Rat on the Road - No email addresses on forums please] SnapSLap Brett G Post Count: 2 Msg: #4 27 days ago, October 24th 2009 | Costa Rica, even in the most popular areas, never felt very touristy to me. But I would think NW costa would be best for you. | <snip> [Edited: 07:55 - Jo Trouble - url removed.] Number of Users: 4 | Number of Posts: 4 | ||||||||||||
