It's an fully furnished apartment with an affordable price! I took up the place for my honeymoon trip last March. Perhaps you can try it as well! You can get a cab/bus right in front of the condominium and 5-10min you will be in KL Central. From there you can get to anywhere you want!
But if you are planning to hire a rental care and drive by yourself... trust me you will be lost in minutes! So i'll suggest for you to take a public transport everywhere! Cheaper and secured!
