| Spending a few days in KL en route to Cambodia and looking for something interesting to do. | |||||||||||||||
Starscream Patrick Post Count: 2 Msg: #1 112 days ago, August 5th 2009 | Hello, im planning on moving to Cambodia in november but Im flying into Kuala Lumpur first and thought i may as well spend a short while there as I will start work in the new year and will be unable to travel to a new country for some time. I was thinking of spending a few days there so I would like to know what is of interest in the area? | I have travelled through SE asia for 4 months already and will be spending another 2 in cambodia before i start working so Im more interested in things easily accesable from KL but also somewhat unique to malaysia as I have and will see plenty of jungles/mountains already and Id like to know if there is much to do that cant be found in a lonely planet. I wouldnt mind leaving KL for a day or two if there is something worth seeing nearby but otherwise whats going down in KL? Thanks for any help and suggestions you may have. Cheers.
