Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks Ray_Om Ray Cordoba Post Count: 131 Msg: #2 23 weeks ago, July 9th 2009 | Hello Daniella; | What are you going to do in Butterworth ?! If you are planning to go to Cameron Highlands, then you can take a bus direct from KL, I guess it's 5 hours. Well as i can see that you want to spend your holiday in Borneo, why dont you fly direct from KLIA (Kuala Lampour International Airport) to Kuching in Sarawak, then go all the way to Sabah through Brunai. I have done that and i took 1 month (Depend how fast you are). Then if you have time then you can go to KL. I would suggest to skip Labuan and go for Sipadan (If you will start on Sarawak all the way to the north, then u will pass through Labuan from Brunai). Dont waste your time in Sandakan as there is nothing there. For Sarawak , I think you should skip Bintulu and Sibu. and go for Belaga to see the orignal people of Borneo. I dont know about Limbir National Park but you can search about Kelabit Highlands. Please read what i have wrote before and feel free to ask any questions. thanks. Sabah or Sarawak, please advise kuchingnite com kuchingnite Post Count: 4 Msg: #3 22 weeks ago, July 14th 2009 | hi guys. | sarawak ahve a lot of thing to offer to tourist. there is alot of national park in sarawak.. nearby kuching there is a few national such as bako national park, and gunung gading national park. you can find proboscis monkey in bako and refflesia in gunung gading national park. if you are looking to experience the real thing about borneo people and willing to spend you time go to visit the long house in kapit or beluga area.. if you dont have enough time for that you may go to sarawak cultural village in santubong area 45 minutes from kuching city.. cheers kuchingnite Number of Users: 3 | Number of Posts: 3 | |||||||||||
