someone told me I should not wear my wedding rings in Europe.....
someone told me I should not wear my wedding rings in Europe, we are going to Spain, Italy,Austria, Germany, Netherlands and France. I'm just not sure about this, I'm assuming others wear their diamond wedding rings in Europe. Any help with this would be appricated because I want to keep my rings on but I also dont want to have then robbed from me.
Thanks
Reply to this Hello Cristelle 😊
I have no clue why anyone would have told you not to wear a wedding ring in Europe. Many people wear them. Women often wear a wedding and an engagement ring.
The only time I would say dont wear this stuff is when you are in a place with a lot of crime. In those places, I would keep all valuables out of sight.

Reply to this Hey Cristelle, I'm dumbfounded by this advice - to me it sounds like an irrational judgment perhaps based on an unlucky experience. Wearing rings is completely normal, and tourists having them stolen is not a dramatic problem affecting this entire continent, as far as I know. You'd be very unlucky to have it stolen. If you're in an area with a lot of crime then take the same precautions as you would wherever.
Enjoy your trip!
