Driving around the island for a month...

Hi! I plan an extended road trip around the island of Puerto Rico for the month of September starting in San Juan. I would love to here from anyone who has spent time outside of the capital, exploring the island. I will be doing this "on the cheap" so any tips would be appreciated. Local input would be great too. I plan to post a travel Blog about my experiences. Thanx, Bob

Hi,

Did drive around without any problem. People are very nice and it's easy to get by the road system. Was there 2 years ago for few days.
