Moving to Norway

Moving from the US, taking minimal things. Need some help, it all seems a little overwhelming...

Hello! I live in Oregon in the United States right now, and I plan on moving to Bodø this summer. I plan on moving in with an Online girlfriend of 3 years, meaning I won't have to take a lot with me. (Just my computer and it's stuff, clothes as well.)

First of all, after a little research I realized that I'll need these at the very least:
-A passport
-A visa

Now, I wonder what the easiest way to go through these processes would be? Should I go to a travel agent? Or someone who's moved internationally before for help?

I plan on either taking a 6-day cruise, or getting it over with as fast as a I can and taking a plane (Though I'm scared to death of flying)

While cost is important to me, I'd rather have things be as easy and stress-free as possible.

Any other tips people might have would also be nice.. Either tips about Norway or moving internationally! Reply to this
