Couple from UK thinking about Rwanda/Tanzania in June 09 - looking for 2+ companions
We are thinking about a 7 day trip in Rwanda and/or Tanzania in June. We are looking for another couple to join us.

We are an easy going couple originally from India and we have lived for several years in the West (US, UK), currently living in the UK.
We have been looking into a Tanzania-based tour company that has received great reviews online. Signing up with 1-2 more people can result in significant savings per person, so we are curious if anybody else would like to make a trip to Tanzania and/or Rwanda for 7-14 days?
Activities in Tanzania could include safaris/visits to Serengeti National Park, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater. Activities in Rwanda will definitely include 1-2 trips to see the Mountain Gorillas in Volcano National Park. Approximate cost of each country itinerary will be around $2000-2500. We are flexible in doing one or both countries and also with respect to the number of days in each.

My name is Amanda and I am Australian but I live in Tanzania and own a safari company there. We have 2 clients wanting a 4 day safari from the 16th-19th June (4 days/3 nights) and we need another 2 people to join them therefore keeping the cost low. It is to visit Lake Manyara National Park, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. During the month of June I would not recommend Tarangire, it's a very seasonal park and not many animals at this time. The cost for this itinerary is USD$720 per person based on camping. If we find a 5th person to join the group the price would go down to USD$650 per person. The other clients might consider adding an extra day into the itinerary if wanted. We can also give you prices based on lodge if you prefer that to camping.
