RIO DE JANEIRO TO MONTEVIDEO

Hi, I am wanting to travel from Rio to Montevideo atthe beginning of July 09. Does anyone know if you can get a bus there? if anyone has any idea how a can purchase a ticket or give me any helpful tips, I would really apprecaite it?
