Go on the net, there are a lot of charters flighs from the UK, Germany and France. Yo will I think have a cheaper price if you do break it in two. Check also through South Africa. The is a direct flight from Sao Paolo to JNB and than you can connect on to Cairo....not sure this is going to be cheaper. Don't think going through the States will be cheaper...long way anyway! For instance, if you go to South Africa, the best ways are from Sao Paulo through South African Airways or from Buenos Aires. If you plan to go to the North of Africa, I think the best way is through Europe as from Spain to Morocco or any other country in the North.
