Long term accomodation.

Next month I'm going to move to Prague and I should live there during the remaining part of 2009. I'm looking for infos about flats to rent in town: prices, rules about advance payment, general conditions, etc. It would be greatly appreciated if anybody reading this who lives (or has been living recently) there could give me some ups. Thanx in advance.

Dear Marco,
my name is Linda and I'm from Prague. I'm a tenant in Prague as well as Landlord :-) if you need any specific information don't hesitate to contact me.
Shortly about your post: Prices depending on the location, there is usually one month refundable deposit required and one month in advance (if thru agency you will be asked to pay commission).
Let me know if you need any more specific information. Hope you will find accommodation you like! All the best,
