Anyone have suggestions for the best European cities to see in a limited amount of time?

I am hoping to plan a one-week trip with a couple other women, and we are looking for suggestions as to the best European cities to visit in a limited span of time (safety is a top priority for us). We\'ve already explored the UK, Italy, France and Spain, so we\'re looking for something a little different, perhaps in Eastern Europe. I\'ve found that some cities are easier to explore in a limited amount of time than others. Any suggestions? Reply to this

Istanbul is exotic. Lots of history, dazzling architecture, good food and friendly people. Reply to this

Hello Danielle 😊

I would make a list of all the cities that interest you and then choose the one with the best flight price offers to it. I would spend the week exploring in and around one city.

I think a week is a decent amount of time to spend in any one city. Istanbul is incredible but it would probably be essential to dedicate your whole week to it. However, some other eastern European cities are different. For instance, if you went to Budapest, Krakow, or Bucharest (just to name a few), you might find yourself having a few days to venture out of the city, depending on what kind of traveler you are. Other potential options could be somewhere in the Balkans, Vienna, Kiev. You just have to figure out what interests you. Reply to this

Munich - Prague - Vienna triangle. Plenty to see and you can do it in 7-10 days. All three cities have convenient train connections. Reply to this
