My first visit to Croatia with a motorhome-need advise.

I would like to explore Croatia for 3-4 weeks with a small motorhome,it seems to me to be the best way to travel (did it for 8 years in North America),you have the bed&breakfast with you all the time.
If anyone experienced this kind of travel in Croatia please advise me about-where to rent, what route to take, are there enough campgrounds ,when is the best to go and any other information.
Thank you

I rode my motorcycle down the Croatian coast to Dubrovnik in 2004. There is an extensive ferry system serving the Croatian islands. I enjoyed the isles of Hvar and Brac the most. Tourism and camping facilities approach those in Western Europe and many in the tourism industry speak fluent English.
There is a small sliver of Bosnia Herzegovina that you must cross to reach Dubrovnik. I didn't have any problems, but an aquaintance of mine passed through the same section during the night, and he was stopped by police seeking a "donation". Reply to this
