Hypothetically, say I was in Colombia, heading to Ecuador, which doesnt require visas for a stay up to 90 days. Before I get to Ecuador, say I have a change of heart and want to go to Venezuala, which requires a visa for entry. | How would I obtain a Visaon such short notice? Where would I go to recieve one? Note that these countries are hypothetical as this could happen to me at any place during the RTW. I would imagine it would be easier to take care of that in your home country than if you were travelling. Even if you're not leaving for a year, it would be an opportune time.
