I went to Palawan last year and SEAIR had flights from El Nido to Manila and also from El Nido to Puerto Princesa. I contacted them today and they advised that those flights/routes have been temporarily susepnded. I\'m going back to the Philippines next month and was thinking about Palawan again but I only have 5/6 days. I would fly into Puerto Princesa. I was thinking of travelling overland/by boat from Puerto up to El Nido but at the end of the trip, flying back down to Puerto. Are there any other airlines now flying this route?
Many thanks in advance for any info. Reply to this

Hi,

There are still flights from El Nido to Manila. 2 flights a day, and I think is SEAIR. I did it back in October.

Don't think they fly anymore to Perto Pincessa....so you'll have to face 8 hours land transfer.

Have fun,

two other airlines are offering flights from Manila to Puerto Princessa. It's Cebu Pacific Air and Philippine Airlines. The Makati or Ortigas area are nice places to be, in Manila, nice and clean. Also, you can check out The fort, Serendra ... it's a bit of a posh place, pubs and restaurants offering different types of cuisines. Reply to this

I called directly Seair & ITI ( island Transvoyager) 5 days ago directly. So :

Seair - no longer providing El nido flights

ITI : Booking permitted only if you book a stay with expensive & very nice resorts like Miniloc or Lagen ( 200$ a night per person approx). Then, flight up & go will cost you around 13,500 Ph or 8,000 on way.

Booking for flight from Manilla o El Nido is permetted only five days in advance or less with ITI if places are still available about 8,000 PH
